This class focuses on the Fundamentals of Boxing. From learning the basic jab, to getting into the ring to spar, this class has it all! Learn foot movement, punches, angles, and how to compete inside of the squared circle. If you wish you can spar and eventually fight on USA Boxing Amateur cards!
